Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Opened up to its fullest expression after a two hour decant. Some bitterness surrounding the milk-chocolate-and-dark-cherry centre, which is like a fruit holograph in the background, slowly fading, giving way to clay-derived and leathery secondary and tertiary terroir elements. Wonderfully polished tannins, and elegant mouthfeel keeps you coming back for more. Just wish it was more rounded and less bitter.
