Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Much more open compared with last tasting. Dark cherry with earth, tobacco, slight floral tone, etc. Tannins are grippy but fine. Good length.

7/26/2015 1:26:00 AM - Thanks for your note and rating. We tend to agree having sipped one of our bottles late last year. We plan to wait a few more years before trying again as we think the "grippy" tannins may just become a touch more elegant.
