Sunday, March 19, 2023 - Wow. Burgundian, Charlemagne meets meaursault. Heaps of minerality, flint and match stick in both nose and on the palate. Then lemon, peach, tropical fruits, wood, fudge, butter and some sweet licorice. High and lovely acidity, and a never-ending taste. Incredibly tasty and one where it's very hard to pace yourself.
