Tuesday, June 13, 2023 - Samples from Bill #7: Single blind. Lemon with apple, pear, smoky toast and white florals on the nose. Very composed on the palate, textured and with depth and length. Excellent acidity, giving the fruit great verve and lift. Really delicious wine and should age well also.
