Friday, January 3, 2014 - Loved this wine tonight. Paired nicely at aqua (el gaucho) with both spicy and more rich foods. Was ready after about 30 minutes in the decanter with an open nose of both fruit and some nice barrel notes with a medium/full body very well integrated tannins and smooth structure. Drinking well now!
