Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - This was made using a much higher percentage of oak than they used to use, 25% I believe.
Toasty nose, lots of lean fruit,
HIgh acidity on the palate, long and nutty, Quite a noticeably oaky style especially tasted alongside current vintages. I think this needs a little time.
