Saturday, December 4, 2021 - Garnet colored, medium body.
Lots of vegetable notes, some sour cherries.
Astringent. Lots of tannin, and acidity. Medium finish. Somewhat 'green' right now. Will be interesting to taste in 5++ years. Right now better with food after a very long decant.
