Thursday, February 10, 2022 - Decanted. Now 2h after decant. Translucent garnet color. Very shy aromas and not giving much. Palate w tart cherry and cranberries, some green pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, white pepper, olives, and a bit of roasted meats. Medium bodied w nice acid backbone. Mild tannins on midpalate. Finished w fruit, nice green peppers w good length.
