Wednesday, May 26, 2021 - Fresh strawberries and chocolate with a touch of mint.
Palate is strawberry and chocolate, with cherry, boysenberry, pepper and spice. Very fine tannins and good acidity. Very approachable now, and I expect some complexity to emerge with some time laying down.
