Monday, February 28, 2022 - According to the producer’s website, this was made with grapes from the 2017 vintage and was bottled in 2019. It’s sealed with a driven cork.
D+0h: a tiny bit of deposit in the filter, some chunks in the bottle, smells of currant D+6h: dark as ink, smells of currant, violets and wet stone, full body, sweet, but not overly sweet, smooth in the mouth, not hot/spirituous, in the mouth currant, violets and a little bit of dark chocolate, in the aftertaste dark chocolate, currant and acidity, very good length (45 sec), really great Reserve Ruby for the price.
