Friday, August 21, 2020 - We drank this with a casserole dish with chicken, chorizo, fresh onions, carrots, red wine, thyme, cumin, some form of spicy orange chili that we grow in a pot. So much more structured than the Domaine de l'Aurage that I tried previously from same family (Mitjavile). Peppery, full bodied, good freshness, some pipe tobacco, blackberries, Syrah like in fact. Just excellent, but stern and just starting to open up imho.
