Tuesday, June 27, 2023 - Red cherry, sour cherry, red plum, a boysenberry or two, charred wood, cinnamon. Medium-plus tannins, probably due to whole-cluster fermentation, with a plush polished texture. M/M+ body with a firm mouthfeel.
