Saturday, March 22, 2014 - Light amber-gold color. Round and rich nose, pears with honey and cream. Rich palate, honeyed grapefruit, a bit floral, with great balancing acidity leading to a long citrus finish. This has just aged beautifully, fresh and mature at the same time.
