Monday, December 31, 2018 - Vintage Bourbon, and Young Opus and D'Yquem on New Year's Eve: PnP from a 375. Shimmery gold. Crispy apple pie. Rich honey. Toasted nuts. Has that D'yquem texture that melts into the tongue. Dried pineapple. Caramel butterscotch. Yellow peach out of the can. Very long. Slightly below the 2007 in quality.
