Monday, January 15, 2024 - Toasted salty Brazil nuts on the nose, along with a moderate rancio note. That all comes through on the palate as well, along with a subtle but distinct smoky burnt char note. Some sugary sweetness arises in the midpalate then lingers in the finish. From a bottle that had been open ~1 month.
