Community Tasting Note

Monday, February 21, 2011 - Not sure if this bottle is spoiled, we kept it too long, or it's just this vintage, but our bottle had a ciderish/vinegar aspect to it that I haven't tasted in a gewurtz before (and I rather like most gewurtztraminers). Lacks the spicy richness that I seek and with the off taste, I'm not sure what to do with the rest of the bottle now.
