Monday, February 29, 2016 - open several hours not decanted until into the glass, then drunk over two hours, as Arcadian's go this is larger in life, less elegant but given enough time seems to smooth out and become pretty nice. Not as good as the elegant Sleepy Hollows of 01 but who would think it should be, just don't assume all Arcadians are the same....
