Friday, June 11, 2021 - Aromas of toasty cereal, orange blossom, diverse spices, pear, apple... thick and silky, rich and spicy, good cut and freshness, minerality is buried beneath its layers of fruit and spice, nice subtle floral inner perfume, on the ripe and exotic side but it still has a classic profile, this competes with much more expensive white Burgundy, should be worth following at least a few more years
