Tuesday, March 29, 2022 - This wine is medium lemon in color with a low intensity of aroma. The nose is composed of freshly cut grass, asparagus, cotton candy, ripe yellow apple, ripe yellow pear, yellow flowers, and bread dough. This wine is developing. The palate is composed of freshly cut grass, yellow apple and yellow pear, copper, and graphite. The wine is dry with low acidity, moderate ABV, medium finish, and medium+ body. Overall, a very good wine that should be drunk now.
