Thursday, May 17, 2007 - Delicious and crisp, extremely refreshing. Salmon pink color. Citrus, lemons, grapefruit at first, watermelon in the finish. A bit less complex and vegetal than I recall from the 05. WHile this is a lovely dry rose I was not as thrilled this year.
