Monday, January 1, 2024 - Tried this at the beginning and end of the evening, and it significantly improved with air. That is not to say it wasn't lovely when just opened, quite some notes of ripe fruit and feeling a bit tight, but still with good acidity and white flowers. At the end of the night, this was much more supple and elegant, with more or less the same profile. If you want to drink this now, I recommend giving it plenty of air!
