Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Beautiful nose with lemon, apple, peach, and chalk flavors. High acidity on the palate with more lemon and lemon zest notes, green apple, tart peach, and lots of minerals. Long finish. Wow, this was really excellent! A classic Riesling nose with lots of complexity and while it's still very young it's already very enjoyable, even though it might only show a portion of what's to come. 96++
