85 Points

Friday, August 21, 2009 - Color: deep and dark red. Nose: powerful and oaky. Mouth: full-bodied with a lot of oak (dominating the taste) with fruit subdued, a bit heavy, quite soft tannins. Short-medium finish. Overall, this wine can be described as good, but lacking in complexity. It seems to have peaked now (in 2009) so no need to age it much longer.
