Friday, March 6, 2015 - Barolo Dinner with Kerin O'Keefe (Maialino, NYC): Up my alley. Translucent ruby. Textbook feminine Piedmont nose of tar, flowers, and red cherries. Ripe, bright, and generous in the mouth; structure present but unobtrusive. An attention-grabber that still paired well with the food. At peak.
