Sunday, November 19, 2023 - Took a bit of opening up, despite decanting. Initially steely, quite mineral, but showing a lot of body. As it developed, there were some tropical elements, and herbiness. Altogether a taut structure, plenty of body, class and elegance. Certainly very attractive to drink, and years ahead of it yet.
