Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Really interesting wine. The nose is unique. Can't quite pin down what I smell, but I get a lot of fermented apple, kind of like a cask cider. The palette also has this cask cider element, plus a lot of minerality and sharp acidity. A touch of creaminess on the mid palette and finish just smoothes out the rough edges nicely. I like it, but I imagine this is a marmite wine for most.
