Tuesday, March 23, 2021 - Light gold in the bottle, somehow paler in the glass. Racy, tart aroma, rich mouthfeel and a touch of...sweetness?! Was worried at first, but this worked really well with some garlic teriyaki salmon on couscous pilaf with a side of moussaka. Cut through the onions and garlic, had a bit of sharpness and left me very satisfied indeed.
