Thursday, February 15, 2024 - Hot vintage crafted a well balanced, concentrated and enduring Hermitage. Farmed from 30+ year old vines, aged for 36 months in oak barrels, 50% new. Deep garnet, ruby hue. Intense rich aroma of smoky plums and black cherries, black pepper, earth, tobacco, cold cuts, potpourri, with time violets emerge. Medium+ body, an open and generous filled with silky elegance, fully integrated refined high tannins and high acidity. Smoky violets and earthy black fruit flavours, touches of chocolate, salinity, long finish.
