Sunday, August 14, 2022 - Opaque purple with dark chocolate-purple edge in color. Cabernet dominates the nose expressing cassis, dark fruit & pyrazine. On the palate, it is fleshy with notes of cassis, cherry, black tea and a hint of sweet tobacco. Fine-grained tannins are well integrated now, perceptible on the sides of the tongue and gums. Long finish of bing cherry and wood spice.
