Wednesday, December 25, 2019 - Fully tertiary in the most delicate of ways, with evolved fruit, forest floor and a fine acidic thread keeping it all together. Probably better a few years ago with some more primary fruit, but still very enjoyable and feeling more youthful with some more time in the glass. A lovely surprise!
