Monday, February 13, 2023 - Pnp; first day open, second day more closed. Now third day, and similar as the first, but even more expressive, with its golden hue. Continuously golden on the nose with rich mango and tucked in camomile spice, some kefir lime. Good width on the palate, more spices, coriander seeds, lemon grass. Persistent acidity, good length.
My first PJ Kühn. Great balance between warm richness and acidic backbone.
