It's amazing to begin with but there's only so much of it I can cope with. It makes the wine seem borderline effervescent. I was really enthusiastic about this wine in my last tasting note - the same characters are all there but on this occasion the pepperiness was so dominant that it didn't seem as balanced as last time.
