Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Good bright character, typical Vilmart's high acid (despite 7 g/l) on the palate, bright and juicy with structure. This will evolve over time and also open up with air. Right now just a bit too bright and nervy--eeds some time to mellow IMHO. 92+. Good character and not shy. Newport Seafood Champagne Lunner.
