Friday, April 30, 2021 - Nose is reserved and shy, overtones of white pepper, star anise and graphite with red and blue berries in the base. Balanced and soft. Palate echoed the nose. Quite elegant. Nice savouriness in the full mid-palate and polished structure. Finish is a touch short and simple though. Ready to drink now and for the next few years.
