Friday, April 19, 2024 - This is one of those so-called nouveaux Bordeaux, meaning that your mouth won't be coated with sediment and you can actually taste the fruit without immediately being hit by lingering elements of clay soil.
Deep, rich, serious and satisfying.
Château Tour Saint-Christophe helps to pull me back to Bordeaux, giving me a reason to not give up on the region, to continue to sample instead of switching my allegiance to Australia, California or Washington wines.
