Friday, May 25, 2007 - Retained fruit nicely. Strong in the stone fruit (particularly plum) with chocolate and tobacco notes. Very little oxidation considering the age of the bottle. The win retained a nice acidic structure. There are still tannins present. A very pleasant bottle.
