Tuesday, February 27, 2024 - Coravin by the glass. Nose of blackberry, currant, tobacco, cedar and anise. Blackberry compote, currant, cedar, tobacco and anise on the palate. Long finish. Medium to full bodied. Served with roast beef and crispy shallot sandwiches.
