Friday, January 5, 2024 - The wine was aired for an hour and then returned to the bottle for serving.

Eye: Dark red center to a light red rim.

Nose: Cherry, cigar box, blue berry, cassis. Perfume, flowers, and red berries.

Palate: Rustic tannins, moderate acidity. Bright jammy fruit. Much the same as the nose, with greater amount of cacao and vanilla.

Finish: Medium length. Dried berries, light herbs.
