Saturday, August 19, 2023 - Slow ox’d for 2 hours. Back into fridge for 30 mins before first taste.

Nose was a touch muted but the flavors were there. Rich orchard fruit, grapefruit, white flowers. Lovely florailty whilst retaining a sense of generosity.

This improved with air and warmth so i’d say give this lots of air if drinking anytime soon.
