Friday, April 19, 2024 - Consistent and persistent. Drank over two days. Well balanced with no noticeable signs of development in terms of maturity. Present acidity, good freshness, agrumes, apple, blood orange, vegetal notes, herbal notes and some minerality. Not the greatest depth but full of character. Very delicious
