Monday, August 29, 2022 - This blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon spent 18 months in French oak. Perfect cork. Deep ruby color. Intense aromas of plum, dark cherry, spices, tobacco, leather. Wine is dry and intense. Medium+ acidity, plenty of silky tannins, taste of plums, cherry and spices. Balanced and long.
