Sunday, December 9, 2018 - Decanted 2 hrs. Almost black, opaque. Large bq w cherries, oak, smoke, underbrush, a flowery touch. Medium-to-full body w rounded tannins, good acidity, still plenty of dark cherry fruit, hint of anis. Long, balanced aftertaste w complexity. A very elegant, balanced wine, now at full maturity.
