Likewise the nose - while sweetly perfumed - is already quite tertiary with licorice and notes of woodpolish, soy sauce and incense. On the palate the wine is fully developed, probably not as powerful as it had been a couple of years ago, but still very pleasant with a fine and nicely rounded mouthfeel and good sweetness. Not over the hill but time to drink up.
