Saturday, November 19, 2022 - Really good Syrah. Took some time to open up with simple pop and pour. Allowed it to open up for approximately two hours. dark inky color. Cherries, chocolate and some jammy figs. Really well envelop tannins. Smooth, velvety mouth feel with excellent acidity and balance. Tremendous effort.
