Thursday, April 25, 2024 - Almost 2 years to the day since my last bottle. Pnp straight from the cellar. This is aging well and is in a beautiful spot now, with the nose having opened up and the palate no longer showing the effervescence that I recalled from before. This is an elegant, tasty wine, with complexity and a long finish. I recommend drinking this at cellar temp. This should easily last through 2034.
