Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Bubbles were relatively fine; nice balance between notes of lemon and apple.. Great option if one doesn't want the traditional warm rich, toasty notes with champagnes. Extremely versatile with food--enjoyed with several mediterrean small plates. Lovely wine.
