Monday, February 13, 2023 - Crunchy white peach, white pineapple, mango and a general mix of white orchard/white tropical notes on a nose that got more and more aromatic the longer it was open. Medium bodied (7.5% ABV) with concealed white orchard fruits upfront - acidity is too vibrant for the notes to be distinct right now. Mid-body adds depth along with white peach, white pineapple and a mix of white mango and white passion fruit behind. The acidity is close to electric and as this wine comes together over the next few years, the fruit notes are going to be really impressive. Worth being patient here and I'll plan to save my next bottle until Q2 2024.
