Thursday, February 15, 2024 - Tasted at Wine & Spirits Top 100, NYC. 100% Merlot. Big, powerful wine. Rich, long, complex, herbal, dark red and black fruited. Pomegranate on the finish. Plenty of tannin that could use some cellaring to fully tame. Hard not to like this, even for someone like me who on average usually prefers elegance over power.
