Thursday, March 24, 2022 - PnP - didn’t think a 2006 needed a decant. My mistake. It started out all tannin, but opened up over the the next couple of hours. The tannins softened and an interesting and pleasant palate of flavors followed. Fruits, oak, licorice and earth with a dusty finish.
