Sunday, May 19, 2019 - A bit flat right out of the bottle. Over the next hour or so, this blossomed into a beautiful Oregon Pinot Noir. Paired it with wild, fresh king salmon, and with the food this wine was even better. Bottom line, give it a little time to breathe and you will definitely not be disappointed.
